Loop uses a small number of carefully selected sub-processors. In line with our security posture, we publish the categories, functions and regions below; the named list is provided to customers at contracting, and to prospective customers on request (hello@weareintrinsic.co.uk) — with 30 days' advance notice of any changes to customers.
| Function | Personal data touched | Region | Safeguards |
|---|---|---|---|
| Database, authentication & object storage (incl. call recordings) | All service data | London, UK | UK residency; encryption at rest |
| Application hosting & serverless compute | Data in transit through the application | London, UK (global edge for static assets) | UK processing region |
| Telephony carrier (numbers, routing, recording capture) | Caller numbers; call audio transiently | EU/US | Audio deleted immediately after UK copy is confirmed; UK Addendum |
| Speech-to-text transcription | Call audio (transient), transcripts | US | UK IDTA / SCCs |
| AI analysis (scoring, summaries, sentiment) | Transcripts, enquiry text | US | UK IDTA / SCCs |
